Court Services
Sibley County Court Services provides probation and parole supervision for juvenile offenders, and adult misdemeanor offenders who reside in or are convicted in Sibley County. Within this office the Minnesota Department of Corrections provides adult felony probation and gross misdemeanor supervised release supervision to Sibley County. The office consists of one Adult Agent, one Juvenile Agent, and the Sentence to Service Crew Leader. In addition other agents supervising in Sibley County include; a Group Probation Agent, a High Risk/Enhanced Probation Agent, and a Sex Offender Agent. The office is located on the 1st floor of the Courthouse.
