The Sibley County Economic Development Commission serves businesses located in the county and businesses wishing to locate in the county.  A Revolving Loan Fund has funds to assist businesses with low interest loans to either start up a business or expand an existing business.  The Commission meets monthly, typically the second Tuesday of the month.  JOBZ sites are available.
 
Sibley County is on the edge of the metro area with many commuters taking advantage of Sibley County's reasonable property taxes, lower housing costs and benefits of rural living.
