2020 REASSESSMENT NOTICE:  State law requires that Assessor's office staff view properties at least once every five years for property tax assessment purposes.  If your property is scheduled to be inspected this year, you should have received a postcard in the mail describing our new process for exterior inspections due to COVID-19 and social distancing protocols.  If the need for a more detailed property viewing is noted, those inspections will be done at a later date when normal inpsection practices can safely resume.
